Method 1 - How to Create a Gmail Signature for Windows/Mac

First, launch Gmail in any browser by entering “mail.google.com” in the address bar;
After that, reach out to the gear icon in the top right-hand corner and choose “See All Settings” from the drop-down menu.
Now go to the “General” tab, and scroll down to locate the ”Signature” section;
Here click on “+ Create New”, and then insert the internal name of the signature then select “Create”;
Now type your signature in the box or paste it from an older email;
Once you have finalized the signature, there is an option to set about how you want it to appear by navigating to “Signature Defaults”. You can also use the dropdown menus under “FOR NEW EMAILS USE” and “ON REPLY/FORWARD USE” to optimize your choice as per preference. After that choose your signature or “No signature”;
Finally, scroll to the bottom of the page and click ”Save Changes” to apply the signatures.
Method 2 - How To Set Up Gmail Signature in the Gmail App
Adding an email signature in Gmail app for iPhone or Android is pretty simple, and also quick. Here's the way to do it:
First, launch the Gmail application and then click on the Settings menu;
After that, click on the “Settings” tab;
Now you need to scroll down to the option “Mobile signature” section and then tap on it;
After that, enter your signature in the box provided. Please ensure that the mobile signature is not too long.
After entering the signature, tap on ”OK” to confirm the choice.
